As part of the Strategy team, there is a new team being build, focusing on M&A, strategic partnerships and general strategy execution.

The new (Sr.) Director will lead partnership development activities for the European geographies, which can regularly include global opportunities (Global automotive companies from Europe).


The role & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Building strategic partnerships with OEMs, Agriculture companies and other major companies that will make "sector coupling" happen
  • Project Management of projects resulting out of strategic partnership agreements (e.g. delivering a smart & renewable energy ecosystem in a joint go to market with a major OEM)
  • Support our eMobilitydivision with their Business Development efforts from a strategic & corporate perspective
  • Support M&A activities or Post-MergerIntegrations if needed
  • Building and maintaining good contacts to a significant number of relevant companies in Renewable Energy, High Tech, Digital Services, eMobility and Storage
  • Working with the global strategy team and the European team to identify the right path for make, buy or partner
  • Identifying relevant and working on partnerships with major corporations based out of Europe
  • Interim management of projects or taskforces, helping our organization in spinning up new products, partnerships or other endeavours and from time to time taking a lead role in these

Your Background:


  • You have worked in corporate development, strategic alliances or delivery of strategic projects in automotive OEMs, Smart Energy

- or High-Tech
  • Companies
  • International experience or background, understanding intercultural management
  • Experience working in a hypergrowth environment or Energy are a plus
  • Experience in building and managing teams of interdisciplinary professionals
  • Strong language skills with German and English as must have and another European language or Hebrew being a plus
