- Develop high-quality marketing and communications content tailored to the German market, including press releases, website copy, brochures, social media posts, email campaigns, and more
- Adapt existing content for the German market, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to ensure all content aligns with A&M's brand standards and messaging guidelines
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in German copywriting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in copywriting or a related field, with demonstrated success in creating effective marketing and communications materials
- Experience in public relations, communications, journalism or related field
- Native fluency in German, with exceptional writing and editing skills; proficient language skills in English
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong and proven time management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments with simultaneous deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to quickly synthesise and prioritise the elements of a message/story
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook)
