Head of Supplier Management Germany (M/F/d) for Vantage Towers

Do you have strong skills in professional supplier management? Are you characterized by a strong customer orientation? Then become part of our team as Head of Department Supplier Management Germany (M/F/d).

In your role, you will lead employees professionally and disciplinarily in Supplier Management for Germany and support us in the infrastructure expansion of Vantage Towers Germany.

Your challenges:

You are responsible for supplier performance management, e.g. developing standard reports and ensuring compliance with all necessary reporting requirements (rollout, quality KPIs) as well as OHP reports for the Group (Opco reporting for relevant technical KPIs).
You are the interface to the Supply Chain Management area and the Delivery Teams that interact with the suppliers on a daily basis.
You develop and implement the supplier and partner strategy and partner models with the central, regional departments as well as with local purchasing (SCM) and Group Purchasing (VPC).
You are responsible for the technical negotiation and contract design to conclude partner contracts together with Group and Local Purchasing.
You proactively provide and promote ideas for the optimization of the construction and maintenance of the passive network infrastructure.

Your qualification:

A successfully completed degree and at least 57 years of professional experience as well as at least 23 years of experience in the disciplinary and technical management of teams
Indepth experience in the field of telecommunication technology as well as in setting up/converting telecommunication systems and telecommunication infrastructure
Excellent experience in the design and implementation of processes and workflows in the TowerCo mobile communications area and in related specialist areas
Indepth knowledge of the market environment, current legal and technological developments
Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.

We advertise this position for Vantage Towers AG at our location in Düsseldorf.

The target annual salary is between and euros gross, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
