What you can expect
You support the Global FP&A team in the daytoday work and get insights into performance management, monthly closing, budget and forecast processes as well as Finance IT systems and Tools (e.g., SAC, PowerBI, etc)
You support the team in preparing business simulations and scenario analysis in order to support decision taking and to assess risks and opportunities
You support the team in performing market and competitor analysis and identify further growth opportunities to achieve the strategic targets
You support in the preparation of documents as well as adhoc analysis for the leadership teams and functional leaders
You challenge the status quo of how things are done to make FP&A even better and faster trough e.g., further process automation
You leverage the potential of existing systems and processes to enable agile financial steering
You closely collaborate within the team but also beyond FP&A with Accounting, Treasury, Internal Audit and Tax

Who we are looking for

You are enrolled in a Bachelor or a Master's program in Finance/Economics
You have initial experience through a working student activity or an internship in a FP&A/Controlling department in a multinational company and/or (Strategy/Transaction), Consulting is beneficial
You possess an open and transparent approach to working with colleagues with a strong team mentality
You are a resultoriented individual, with a strong work ethic with a positive, "cando" attitude
You are fluent in English
