We're on the prowl for a Co-founder of Purrfection, Social Media, and Cat Community Growth to join our crew of cat lovers.

As the third founder, you'll be our secret sauce in building a community of cat enthusiasts, overseeing influencer marketing, and helping our brand reach new heights.

Responsibilities:

Social Media:
Drive user acquisition through social media that makes cats and their humans crave The Better Cat experience.
Create our company voice and content on channels such as TikTok and Instagram.
Influencer Marketing:
Cultivate brand advocates within the community and among influencers to create a roaring chorus of support for The Better Cat.
Lead the charge in influencer marketing, seeking out and collaborating with fellow cat enthusiasts who share our obsession with Purrfection.
Design and implement campaigns that have influencers purring about The Better Cat, turning them into our official cattastic ambassadors.
Community Building:
Develop and execute strategies to create a furtastic community around The Better Cat's directtoconsumer cat culinary delights.
Cultivate engagement and collaboration among cat parents through catniplevel events, channels, and other creative initiatives.
Ensure our community is the goto place for all things cat happiness.
Customer Experience:
Ensure our customers' experiences are as delightful as a cat's discovery of an empty box.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and issues with the speed and precision of a cat pouncing on a laser pointer.

What you need to succeed

Fluency in written and spoken German
Unconditional love for cats, ideally you own one or would be willing to adopt one
Proven experience in social media, growth strategies, and influencer marketing, preferably within the pet industry or related consumer goods sector.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of scaling communities, driving user growth, and a sense of humor that even cats would appreciate.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences, especially pet owners who might be a bit catty.
A huge fan of cats with a genuine passion for improving their wellbeing through innovative and irresistibly tasty products. Ideally, you are a cat parent yourself.
