About our client
Real estate investment company, looking to incorporate an Office Manager for their office in Mönchengladbach.

Description
Reporting to the HR Director, your responsibilities will include:
Answering phone calls, emails and messages.
Receiving visitors, managing daily meeting schedules and booking meeting rooms.
Supervising the cleanliness, maintenance and repairs of the facilities.
Selecting, booking and managing all office supplies.
Liaising with the contracted IT service for updates, new equipment configuration and repairs.
Booking tickets, car rentals and accommodations for all business trips.
Managing contracts, negotiating prices and services with office and service providers.
Managing the onboarding process for new employees.
Planning, booking and supervising office events.
Attending to team requests for stationery, hardware, equipment and any other office issues.
Organizing with the administration team to ensure proper billing and payment for all services and purchases.
Processing expense reports for all employees.
Shared contact for the Workplace Risk Prevention service, overseeing procedures to ensure the company complies with all legal requirements.
Supporting document filing management.
Profile Sought H/M/D
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Great ability to work in a team.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multidisciplinary role.
Experience with Important company Office tools.
Advanced level of English, bilingual in German.
