For our client based in Cologne we are looking for a freelance Certified Scrum Master with IT4IT & ITIL (M/F/d).

#Project:

In order to design & implement E2E demand & delivery process, a scrum master is required to act as the interface between deliverables of different streams: Functional Design, Technical Implementation, Operational Implementation and Supporting function interactions The scrum master will plan and review sprints and facilitate daily standups.

The external will report on regular basis and ensure retrospectives.

#Tasks:

Ensure that project goals, issue scope, and product are understood
Coordination of product specifications, sprints, meetings, sprint demos, Retro and Daily
Track project progress and resolve issues the team met
Work with the product owner with PI vision, backlog, and communication
Actively monitor and fix impediments

#Skills - MUST HAVES:

-
Multiple years of experience as Scrum Master/ Consultant/ Project Manager in Agile Methodology:

Experience in process methology, like
IT4IT or ITIL:
Experience in Project Management
Knowledge in using
Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow:
Fluent in English / French is a nice to have
