The "Pumps & Systems" Business Unit focuses on the fields of Environment & Energy, Foods & Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals & Paper, Oil & Gas, and Dosing Technology, thus setting it on a course for growth.

Processing of telephone and written customer enquiries from Germany and abroad
Preparation of service and maintenance offers and processing of tenders
Organization, coordination and technical support of service assignments at Germany and abroad
Processing complaints and claims in accordance with our quality processes
Damage assessment and preparation of damage reports and derivation of corrective measures
Serviceorientated communication with customers in the event of technical problems (by telephone/written communication)
Close support for key customers and acquisition of new customers
Collaboration with internal and external sales teams in compliance with internal processes
Competition and market observation

Qualifications

Completed technical apprenticeship
Ideally further training as a technician/master craftsman in mechatronics, maintenance or a similar qualification
Commercial understanding desirable
Independent and responsible way of working as well as organisational talent and assertiveness
Quick comprehension and high level of commitment
High level of communication and teamwork skills
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Confidence in handling the standard MS Office programs as well as SAP
