WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


  • You have a degree or training in the commercial area
  • Ideally, you already gathered first experiences in fashion, sales and/or ecommerce
  • You have a technical understanding of processes (supply chain processes)
  • You have gained first experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • You proactively analyze the further potential for the customer and support them becoming even more successful
  • Your way of working is structured, resultoriented and independent
  • You are fluent in spoken and written German and English

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • You will support our Success Management four the industry's big players (Zalando, Amazon, Otto, Ebay) as well as emerging retailers (Limango, , Decathlon) with administrative tasks and analysis
  • You support your colleagues with backoffice tasks and help them to meet customer expectations
  • You carry out projects according to guidelines and the rights in question
  • You independently execute projects and always keep an overview
  • You analyze your accounts and practice active success management
  • You create sales roadmaps and reports and present them to customers or colleagues
