Our Exciting Opportunity


We are looking for a HR Delivery Specialist/ People Operations Specialist to perform activities related to People administration according to current processes/ procedures and local rules/ regulations.

The position holder will also perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools as well as participate in broader People projects and manage local vendors and contracts as needed.


To be successful in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, be able to manage and manipulate large data sets and handle very sensitive information.

Ideally, you also should have a basic understanding of the German labour legislation and other local legal/ contractual aspects.

This job includes cross-functional co-operation with Finance, Legal, Sourcing, and other teams within the People function and will be based in Duesseldorf, Germany.

This position is a parental leave replacement beginning from 1st of September 2023 and is limited to 12 months.


These interesting tasks and activities await you:

  • Support the execution of People policies and processes
  • Deliver People services & support to People Business Partners
  • Participate in projects around different People deliverables
  • Ensure full compliance with legislation, processes and policies
  • Advise on interpretation of new legislation and research on potential impact for the People function
  • Communicate processes and policies to the business
  • Perform administrative activities and support related to international mobility, reporting, employment, learning and onboarding
  • Manage invoicing, including followup and escalation resolution
  • Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
  • Ensure constructive and continuous feedback to internal & external stakeholders
  • Provide training and training content
  • Maintain daytoday cooperation & contact with external parties
  • Occasionally perform Total Rewards related reporting & analytical tasks

You bring the following knowledge and experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or other relevant fields
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive, positive mindset with a strong process improvement attitude
  • Techsavvy, analytical and problemsolving skills, financial acumen
  • Ability to work constructively and effectively in a team environment across geographies and time zones
  • Proficiency in English and German language
