In Operations, we are responsible for integrating banks into the world of digital deposits and improving their business on a daily basis by introducing them to new products or features.

In addition, we also build and strengthen relationships with our existing partners. Our tasks also include continuously ensuring smooth operations with partner banks, investment products and distribution partners.

Our tasks are varied and range from meetings with existing partner banks to daily operational and incident management tasks.


Your Responsibilities:


To strengthen and develop our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed working student who can work 20 hours per week.


Your tasks include in particular:

  • Support and responsibility for daily operational tasks
  • Creation, adaptation and translation of customer documents
  • Analyzing data, creating reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders as well as external business partners
  • Maintenance and ownership of core business processes (operational incidents)
  • Identifying and prioritizing improvements of business processes
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Daily communication both written and verbal with our external partners "banks"

Your Profile:


  • You are an student in a bachelor or master degree, preferably in business administration, economics, "failed law degree", marketing or a comparable field
  • First practical experience in startups or consulting companies is an advantage
  • You have very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • You have a systematic and serviceoriented approach to work and are very detailoriented
  • You are able to work alone and be a great team player at the same time
  • Your high sense of responsibility goes hand in hand with the ability to work under pressure
  • You are a strong communicator, fluent in English (German and any other language is a plus)
