Head of Claim Management - Sales & Purchasing Controlling (M/F/d):

**We are looking for a Lead on the new established Finance Function covering the highly connected subfunctions of Claim Management, Sales
- & Purchasing Controlling within one responsibility and herewith generate an efficient structure to support Customer and Purchasing teams with relevant performance key metrics and process improvement to meet financial targets.**
Your tasks:

Establish professional processes on Customer Claim Management to ensure complete transfer of market pain to respective claims towards customer
Support Customer Teams with professional Data management on pain in respect of material and production / overhead cost
Coordinate Alignment between Inflation Impacts and Customer Claim Recoveries
Ensure that Customer Recoveries are visible within P&L and Cash
Lead Givebacks Controlling / Accrual Management as well as Purchasing Controlling
Business Partner for Functional Leads of Sales and Purchasing
Drive and coordinate GAP Closure plans in respect of PPV, SPV and Claim Recoveries
Support Strategic and Operation Planning in respect of Purchasing / Sales / Recovery assumptions / parameters

Your profile:

Successfully completed university studies as business economist, Faince/Controlling, industrial engineer, international management or equivalent
Minimum of 810 years on professional experience within automotive industry
Senior Leadership skills with up & down communication capabilities
Strong Professional in Finance/Controlling area in a production organization
Sound understanding on Customer and Supplier Interaction and relation within large industrial production organization in Automotive Sector
Strong crossfunctional understanding and ability of efficient matrix management
