In order to support Airbus Operations, we are looking for a

Working student within Ground Tests CoC - Process Owner Operations Representative Assistant (d/f/m)

Location: _Hamburg _
Start: _As soon as possible _
Duration: _12 months _

The OMBGP Process & Method team is looking for a _Process Owner Operation Assistant _.

You will be part of the OMBG department which is the Manufacturing Engineering central organization for _Ground Tests CoC _(Centre of Competence).

We develop and improve so called Processes, Manuals and User Guides for the ground tests in order to execute the tests on the aircraft systems in all Final Assembly Lines.

We give you the opportunity to enter and grow in this unique and key industrial environment.

This vacant position is essential to bring the Ground Tests to the next level with within our industrial setup.

Definition working student

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies.

This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises.

A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Finkenwerder

Are you wondering how you actually get from university to Airbus? Your working student position is at the Finkenwerder plant and you can take the ferry from Teufelsbrück to the Airbus ferry terminal and back to the university in the morning and at noon.

Alternatively, you can take the ferry to Finkenwerder and then ride your bike for about another 15 minutes to the main entrance.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Build up an efficient Network for creating efficient operational documents

Create a way of work which is similar to Project Management

Write Production Support Documents which reflect the Needs of the Operational Environment and bring them to validation

Customer needs & analysis treatment

Desired skills and qualifications
Enrolled full-time student in the area of Business Administration or Management

First practical experience and acquired knowledge in the field of Process Management

Fluent in German and English, French would be a plus
