WHAT YOU'LL DO:

This role plays a pivotal role in developing BCGU's content library.

The role will be required to keep an eye on evolving content and update the curriculums accordingly.

Strong writing, instructional design, problem solving, relationship building skills are absolutely essential.

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

Understanding the business and role requirements
Identifying the potential skill gap
Developing a design to meet the skill gap
Designing learner experience to make learning interesting and effective
Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to gather their latent knowledge as content
Attention to detail
Building trustbased relationships and networks across organizations to leverage their skills for content development & delivery
Collaborative problem solving to meet quality and timelines
Verbal and written communication including with senior audiences

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

24+ years of Instructional design experience
Knowledge of learning science applied in adult learning
Experience of designing curriculums and assessments
Experience of developing Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), Web based training (WBT), Microlearning, social learning
Strong review skills of learning work products
Strong attention to details
Strong relationship building skills with SMEs and vendor partners
Experience of working in international market
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Slack, Trello
Strong writing skills
