As Regional Information Systems Coordinator (f/m/d) you will manage and coordinate Implementation projects Projects within the European region and will be SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) for customers and internal key stakeholders as well as the implementation teams across all project phases-
Your Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive planning, monitoring, coordination and control of several parallel multinational projects
- Responsible for scheduling tasks and resources, meeting time lines and costs, achieving project goals, etc.
- As SPOC responsible for progress reporting to the customer
- Functionally manage, support, coach and challenge the local project managers and the (local) project team members. Assign tasks to local project managers, project team members and determines priorities
- Risk management
- Identify problems and analyse customer resp. operational needs and offer solutions
- Coordination and progress reporting of multinational projects for named customers
- Enabling of the local implementation teams
- Coaching of the local project managers regarding project methods as well as support in the definition and distribution of work packages
- Escalate on time and when needed
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Completed studies in the fields of industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on logistics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in contract logistics or warehouse logistics. We are also happy to give applicants who have completed a trainee program a chance
- High IT affinity as well as experience in Warehouse Management Systems
- Experience in project management methods is an additional plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as high intercultural competence
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Business fluent English, knowledge of another European language is an advantage
- The position requires approximately 50 percent travel
