As a Process Expert Product Digitalization & Serialization (M/F/d) within our global team you design the future business processes in the area of product digitalization and serialization.

You identify new requirements - often legally driven - and derive the necessary process design

As interface between different international stakeholders such as production and market units, external supply chain partners as well as IT teams, you play an important role in projects implementing the processes at Fresenius Kabi locations worldwide.

Your assignments

Analyze and visualize existing business processes
Stay updated with international serialization and track & trace standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Identify and describe new or changed requirements for business processes
Conceptualize, model, and describe future business processes
Collaborate with crossfunctional project teams to rollout global projects following the Computerized System Validation (CSV)
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and adherence to product digitalization and serialization procedures
Manage smaller projects or projects sub streams

Profile:

Completed master's degree or diploma
Practical experience in process management and modelling/visualization of business processes (e.g. ARIS, Symbio)
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistic processes
Practical experience in a regulated industry environment (e.g. GxP, GAMP 5, CSV) and knowledge of product serialization and track & trace processes would be an advantage
Experience in project management
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to quickly assess complex IT driven processes
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with international teams and external partners
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging digitalization technologies and industry trends
Practical knowledge of handling SAP (e.g. modules MM, PP, EWM, ATTP, OER and WM); very good knowledge of MS Office 36
Fluent in English; German would be an advantage
