Global Workplace Strategy Expert (M/F/d)

The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) function is responsible across the Group for defining the global framework for the strategic governance of real estate and facility management (RE&FM) activities.

As a proactive and trusted partner, we drive innovative, sustainable, and commercially viable real estate and facility management solutions.

We are accountable to successfully drive global workplace strategy and transformation initiatives - an area that is high on the agenda.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive and continually evolve global workplace experience & transformation initiatives while facilitating crossfunctional/divisional collaboration with e.g. HR, IT and others functional teams
Drive and facilitate communication across regions, functions and divisions in terms of strategic alignment, learning, crosspollination and sharing of best practice
Drive and manage workplace digitalization according to an integrated approach e.g. through a global platform solution for desk, room and resource booking and other service tools/ solutions including data analytics
Ensure CRE governance framework is aligned with all relevant business requirements and effectively convey it throughout the organization
Create and regularly update global guidelines, processes, and tools across all functional areas consider latest transformational drivers around 'Future of Work', ESG, automation and other innovation opportunities
As a leader and technical expert, provide guidance and direction to delivery teams, ensure consistent results, and enable overall success
Develop and implement new elements of a global reporting dashboard for performance metrics in line with overall business objectives
Drive workplace innovation initiatives to explore new areas of expertise considering the CRE mission and objectives

WHO YOU ARE

Master or equivalent degree in science, engineering, or business management with focus on facility/real estate management, architecture, etc.
Extensive professional experience in key areas of real estate/facilities management, workplace strategy, design, space planning and implementation
Profound ability in advanced project management and workplace change management
Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking paired with strong analytical skills and financial acumen
Strong collaboration and influencing skills to engage with different stakeholders across hierarchies, functions, and cultures
Experience in related legal and contracting aspects
Fluent in English and German with excellent presentation skills, verbal and written
