Your mission:

Thanks to innovative solid oxide fuel cells, we provide 24/7 supply security, enable long-term seasonal energy storage and reduce megatons of CO2 emissions.

Now is the time to support us in making a positive impact as Team Lead (d/f/m) Back Office Operations at Reverion.

This is what your work could look like:

Take full ownership of operations processes, including IT Ops, Finance Ops as well as Office and Facility Managemenet
Develop and implement longterm operational strategies aimed at optimizing efficiency and productivity, contributing to the growth and maturity of our organization
Supervise budgeting and resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and maintain high standards of quality and safety
Lead, manage and grow a diverse team

Your profile:

Completed degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Proven work experience as Office or Operations Manager (d/f/m) or similar, preferably in a fastpaced environment
Initial leadership experience is a plus
Excellent skills in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent MS Office skills
Working proficiency in German and English (Musthave)
