How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support of the Head of Sustainable Energy Systems
  • Preparation of presentations and reports according to templates, including extensive Excel files if required, as well as providing input on relevant contentrelated topics
  • Assisting with administrative and organisational tasks in daytoday business as well as performing general secretarial tasks in the front and back office
  • Planning (international) trips as well as work meetings, workshops and visits of internal and external colleagues and business partners (from Germany and abroad)
  • Organisation of the manager's calendar as well as complex appointment coordination and business appointments for the team
  • Responsibility for the executive's travel expenses and, if applicable, for some members of the team
  • Support with the addition or departure of employees as well as with the supervision of new employees with regard to administrative issues

What You Bring

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • Many years of relevant professional experience in the field of secretarial/team assistance at management level and in coordination with other secretariats
  • Confident handling of and experience with management at all hierarchical levels
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good knowledge of travel booking and accounting as well as confident and friendly manner, ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility
  • Resultoriented and selfreliant way of working as well as exceptional organisational skills
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English for confident communication with our national and international interfaces
  • Flexibility, willingness to work, comprehension and intercultural experience desirable
