Your Tasks:

Represent Packaging Development Health Care in international development and launch/relaunch projects, developing new packaging systems and optimizing existing solutions for Medical Devices
Leverage our innovative strengths and drive for execution to consistently set new standards for design, functionality, and costs
Work together with our production center and our packaging supplier for identifying and pursuing opportunities for optimization (functionality, costs, quality, efficiency)
Steer research and prototyping activities and help to identify opportunities for our further product portfolio
Conduct verification activities and supporting packaging tests in our laboratory in the frame of Compliance Documentation for Medical Devices
Track the market and the competition, share your findings in your work and with the team

Your Profile:

Degree in natural sciences or engineering
Ideally working in a similar position, but also Juniors with a minimum initial experience of packaging (gained through extended internships, for example)
A proven track record in project and process management
A sure command of moderation and presentation techniques
Excellent team working abilities and strong communications skills
Fluent English; German or additional languages are an advantage

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.

Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
