We are currently looking for a
Legal Counsel (M/F/d) for our Legal Team, based in our main office in Hamburg.

Your tasks

Provide legal advice and raise awareness among managers and employees on various legal issues (in particular business law, civil law, medical law, data protection and M&A)
Developing proposals for solutions in the context of legal issues
Prepare, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and agreements
Assessment of legal risks as well as business activities of the company
Preparation of training courses in the areas of Legal & Compliance

Your profile

You have a successfully completed degree as "Fully qualified German Lawyer" (completion of 2nd state examination)
You have first professional experience in a corporate environment or law firm
You have practical experience in the area of compliance, preferably at a commercial enterprise
You work in a proactive way with "Hands-On" mentality and a strong sense of responsibility and like to critically question the status quo
You have analytical thinking and judgment skills as well as organizational and negotiation skills
You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
