TEST JP Role at Bonial International GmbH:

Bonial International GmbH is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Human Resources department as a TEST JP.

As a TEST JP, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support employee engagement initiatives such as organizing team events and activities
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
