YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Management:

Help draft and update talent management guidelines across the employee life cycle.
Assist in the implementation of talent assessment and development programs.

Learning & Development:

Setup, maintain and update the Tradebyte Learning & Development intranet page.
Collaborate with the L&D team to develop innovative concepts and strategies for employee development.
Contribute to the content creation of learning and training programs (tailored to the needs of the organization).

Administrative Support:

Assist with the management and maintenance of L&D platforms, as well as internal learning & development tickets.
Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other L&D activities.
Handle documentation, recordkeeping and data analysis related to talent management processes.
Support the preparation and dissemination of training materials and guidelines.
