Your Role in a Team:

Leadership: Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of a minimum of 2 marketing operations specialists. Ensure they are focused, motivated, and performing at their peak.
Project Management: Manage various marketing projects, guaranteeing timely completion, adherence to scope, and maintaining highquality standards. Employ toptier project management practices to boost efficiency and results.
Operational Streamlining: Refine our marketing workflows, pinpointing areas for automation, efficiency improvements, and better team collaboration.
Technical Solutions: Tackle any technical issues in our marketing operations, ensuring a consistent and smooth execution of marketing tasks.
Performance Analysis: Consistently evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of our marketing operations, offering insights and suggestions for ongoing refinement.

What You Need to be Successful:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing operations, with a history of leading teams and overseeing intricate marketing projects.
Technical Expertise: Proficient with tools such as Talon One, Zapier, and ActiveCampaign, and the agility to adapt to new tools swiftly.
Project Management: Superior project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects at once and ensuring punctual completion.
Analytical Skills: Skilled in analyzing detailed data, extracting insights, and making decisions rooted in data to improve our marketing operations.
Communication: Outstanding communication skills, adept at explaining complex operational concepts and outcomes to a varied audience.
Teamwork: Emphasizes collective success over individual milestones, and nurtures a positive, inclusive team culture.
Language Skills: Proficient in English; proficiency in German is a plus
