We are a team of 4 (plus you) with the mission to improve the profitability of our Food Service Distribution (FSD) business which is the growth engine of Metro's strategy.

We directly support all 21 Metro countries.


Job Description What you can expect**- Improving (updating, simplifying and standardizing) our existing profitability reports for all countries

  • Assist the steering team in preparing presentations to report on the progress of our FSD profitability initiatives.
  • We count on real support as we are a small (but experienced) team. We will treat you like an equal team member to provide you with a real work experience and maximize your learning.

Qualifications Qualifications**- You are an enrolled student in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program in business administration or a similar field

  • You are curious to learn about Metro's FSD business and our mission of "performance improvement".
  • You like to analyze numbers and you are interested how commercial and operational activities & decisions translate into financial performance.
  • You like to support our team with analysis, reports, presentations etc. and enjoy working with excel and powerpoint.
  • You are a selfstarter with a cando attitude, a critical thinker, persistent, flexible, openminded and not afraid to engage with people on all levels.
