We are recruiting for our Trademarks Legal Services team in Munich a full-time or part-time

Trademark Attorney / Rechtsanwalt Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz (m/w/d)

You will
- draft legal briefs, mostly on adversarial proceedings at various IP offices worldwide
- provide legal advice to clients in all questions of IP law
- provide advice on trademark and design filing and protection strategies
- provide advice in case of trademark infringement
- represent your clients in infringement proceedings in German courts

You have
- a license to practice law in German courts
- ideally two years of experience in working at a law firm on Intellectual Property matters
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English to be able to draft legal opinions and court submissions in both languages
- general proficiency with modern information technology and are apt to adapt to different patent management software

You are
- deeply interested in intellectual property matters, especially trademark law
- looking forward to work in direct contact with your clients from day one
- keen to work with a broad range of challenging and interesting clients from various branches of business, demanding solutions for all kinds of IP-related problems
- enjoying to cooperate with colleagues all over the world pursuing a collegial and solution-oriented approach
- a self-motivated person with a strong team spirit
