How you will make an impact

You conduct interviews and supervise the onboarding of our new employees.
You maintain and update the talent pool.
You support us in Employer Branding topics.
You help us organize our participation in career events and accompany us to them.
You contribute to the expansion of our university cooperations.
You help with the organization of our biannual team events.
You prepare merchandise and communication materials.
You further optimize our existing HR tools

Requirements:

We have put a lot of thought into what you should bring to this position.

You are studying business administration, business psychology, or comparable courses of study ideally with a focus on human resources or you have recently finished your studies.
You can support us five days a week (40h/week).
You are fluent in German and English (other language skills are a plus).
Absolute handson mentality. You know how to get the job done, are empathetic, and are a good team player.
You have a confident attitude, can structure your work efficiently, and are good at multitasking.
