About the job

  • Sales Operations Intern is responsible from supporting various topics within the process from order to delivery our electric smart #1. The person will support minor projects under the department within his/her internship duration. The Job location is in Wallisellen.

Responsibilities:


  • You support and coordinate sales related topics within the smart Switzerland team
  • You ensure a smooth and fast processing of incoming orders, assisting customers and agents with special or complex orders and requests
  • You support the sales manager in the processes from order to delivery and proactively familiarize yourself with our system landscape to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • You work closely with the planning and logistics team from our European headquarters to ensure that the vehicles run smoothly
  • You execute market research and competitor analysis and presentions of findings to the CEO of smart Switzerland and the Sales Operations Manager
  • For large orders, you support our key account managers with ordering the right vehicles at the right time
  • You're in from the start This also means that we offer you the opportunity to optimize planned processes. With an ordertodelivery perspective, you know well, how and where we can improve the process in this part of the customer journey
  • With your analytical skills and knowledge of the SAP and Salesforce, you identify bottlenecks or optimization opportunities and prepare appropriate reports for top management
What you bring along

  • You are a student in the field of business, sales, economics, innovation and technology management or comparable.
  • You are able to speak and write German and English fluently, French will be a plus.
  • You are confident in handling MS-Office, especially excellent Excel skills is a must.
  • You have a passion for electromobility and ideally automotive experience.
  • You are a true team player, like to laugh and can focus on achieving targets at the same time.
  • You have a structured working mode and have no problems with working in a complex project with changing priorities and tasks.
  • You have a confident appearance and Quick perception.
  • You are teamoriented & have communicative workingstyle.
  • You have good organizational skills and are solution oriented.
