The APA Cyber team is responsible for the development of cyber reinsurance business in Asia-Pacific and Africa. The team based in Munich actively supports South Africa, MENA and India going forward. Next to Munich, colleagues of the team are also located in Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, Mumbai and Seoul. This makes our setup truly international and reflects our close relationship with our cedents. The team combines underwriting, cyber security and strategy backgrounds.

We are looking for a team assistant that will support the management (Margit Hoffmann, Marco Petrovic) and the team members in coordinating visits of international guests and travel planning, as well as project management and organizing administrative tasks within the unit.

Your job

Planning and handson support (contact person) for visits of international clients, partners and colleagues
Active management and independent handling of administrative tasks and processes within in the unit (e.g. onboarding of new colleagues, updating of underwriting authorities)
Organization of meetings and travel planning as well as handling of travel expenses
Project management support (e.g. project organization, documentation. research and coordination of meetings)

Profile:

Highly reliable team player with personal integrity
Highly developed soft skills, especially strong communication and intercultural skills
Positive attitude with strong organizational skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ideally experience in working in an international team
Excellent command of English and German
