Business Development Representative

Our client is an innovative SaaS startup that enables brands to use the full potential of WhatsApp Business Going beyond the tech to offer ongoing consultancy for future success, their vision is to become the global backbone of conversational commerce

Having recently received €30 million in total funding, our client is now pushing for the next big stage of their growth As such, they are looking for driven graduates to join their Business Development team, forging long-term partnerships with clients

Role:

Manage the entire sales process, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new logos, as well as growing existing accounts
Run the full sales cycle, with responsibility for generating your own pipeline through prospecting customers
Analyse the performance of potential customers and learn how to identify potential for business improvement for them to achieve using the company offering
Act as the gotoperson for the DACH region, providing regular feedback to Marketing and Product to improve customer experience
Work closely with Customer Success to ensure that customers meet their goals and identify potential crosssell opportunities
Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities
