For our location in Regensburg for the area CBS (Continental Business System) Center of Excellence with focus on Administrative, Communication & Digitalization/Automation, we are looking for a working student (M/F/diverse) as soon as possible for 20 hours/week for a period of minimum 12 months.

The tasks include:

Administrative tasks, support and organizational Backoffice tasks for CBS
Communication of CBS content on internal Channels
Support for organization of CBS Events
Support for office organizational tasks
Digitalization / Automation of Admin Processes or Reporting

Qualifications

Student (M/F/diverse) in the field of Communication, Business Informatics, Digitalization/Automation or a comparable field of study
Very good knowledge in MS-Office Programs
Basic knowledge in SAP
Experience in MS PowerBI desirable
Fluent knowledge in German and good knowledge in English (spoken and written)
Team work, social competence, flexibility, organizational skills, motivation
