How to contribute to our vision

What are my responsibilities?

Your activities for all three mandates' framework and administration will be:

  • Continuous development and regular update of PE framework based on ExCo guidance, feedback received from BU representatives, and other stakeholders including alignment of changes with relevant stakeholders outside the company
  • Coordinate training content development, rollout, communication and implementation of three frameworks via BU representatives
  • Maintains SharePoint/Intranet sites for all three mandates with the team and ensure all related, uptodate material is uploaded

Your activities for Continuous Process improvement/optimization will be:

  • Leads the review of PE, Installation and Commissioning and Customer Acceptance guidance and regulations to ensure alignment with global frameworks
  • Ensures engagement and performance of BU process communities for best practice sharing and together with expert community, defining roadmaps, prioritization of topics and fulfillment of deliverables
  • Central contact partner for project execution regulations and processes
  • Responsible for own process steps within Process House and ensures development, maintenance and regular updates
  • Ensures harmonized tool landscape for processes together with BU representatives and IT Business Partners and participates in business capability clusters relevant to project management tools
  • Alignment with all other Mandates to identify interfaces and harmonization

Your activities for Competences & Certification will be:

  • Administration and coordination of certification concept
  • Alignment with Wind University regarding training content
  • Support BU coordinators with certification activities and contribute to competence/capability assessments
  • Together with the Head of the department, plan and execute annual global PE conference
What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

  • Good university degree in Engineering and/or Management
  • You have satisfactory professional working experience in (large scale customer) project business
  • You are structured and demonstrated strong problemsolving skills (quantitative and organizational / process assignments) taking a holistic endtoend perspective
  • Proven track record in project management and the ability to communicate with colleagues and collaborators in a large, complex and global organization
  • You are committed to deadlines and show ownership on your assignments
  • You have the willingness to travel
  • You have excellent English skills orally as well as in writing
  • German, Spanish and/or Danish would be an advantage
  • You are a team player with a cando attitude, open to feedback from peers and managers and willingness to learn and develop
