What's the role?:
The HERE WeGo team brings world class HERE products and services to the consumer market.

We're a team of around 20 engineers, designers and product people, fully equipped to bring state-of-the-art location technology to consumers world-wide via our HERE WeGo for Mobile and Web.


As an intern, you will be part of the voice of HERE WeGo, responding to our users across the world.


Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • General Customer Support activities for all HERE WeGo products
  • Ensure user satisfaction through effective communication and case resolution
  • Identify and bring up emerging product or user dissatisfaction issues
  • Work with internal tools for case tracking and issue resolution
  • Work with Quality Assurance and Product teams
  • Prepare and maintain the knowledge base and FAQs and other documentation
  • Monitor app stores (iTunes, Google Play, etc.) and reply to customer requests

Who are you?:


You are currently enrolled at a local university (Berlin/Brandenburg) and want to gain some working experience in a leading international tech-company.


Please have a look at our requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Strong reading and writing skills in Arabic language
  • You are passionate about helping users to use HERE products to the fullest potential
  • You are a phenomenal communicator, who can represent the company to its customers
  • You have already some experience in B2C customers support field
  • You can set priorities, tackle problems, and are able handle tight deadlines
  • Turkish, Polish or Serbian knowledge of other languages is a nice to have
It is a 40hrs/week contract for 6 months.

  • Applicant needs to have student status and must be registered with a university in Berlin/ Brandenburg and we only offer mandatory internship.
