YOUR MISSION

As our PR & Communication Manager, you will work directly with our CEO, Christian, to create a strong and scalable sales outreach for cirplus.
You will design, refine and implement the PR & communication strategy for cirplus based on data;
You will support in giving a distinct voice to our mission to make plastic waste history.
You will spend time with significant stakeholders from the plastics & recycling industry, regulators and consumer in order to navigate the messaging of cirplus in a complex environment both at a national and international level
Try, fail, learn, repeat Understand the world of plastics and recycling, B2B marketplaces, procurement and sales in legacy industries, and how this is all connected to our planetary boundaries. Adapt and reinvent your role in line with the company objectives and your personal learnings

In short:
Build, improve and scale our Coms operations; drive new opportunities and build trust in our brand.

Anforderungen

YOUR PROFILE

You are a people person, ambitious, curious, and intrinsically motivated, who is eager to learn and push our sales to the level.
You set priorities in your daily work schedule and you know when to pay close attention to details and when to move on.
You pay attention to detail in spoken and written communication without losing focus on what is important content and what isnt.
You have made experiences in representing your work on stage, experience in broadcasting (radio, TV) and workingwith a PR agency is considered a plus.
Having had experience with FMCG companies (especially in plastic packaging), the automotive and/or construction industry is a big plus. Alternatively with recycling and/or compounding companies.
You speak German with high proficiency (C1) and can communicate in English fluently
