Your responsibilities:
- support of sales team
- answer customer ́s enquiries about delivery dates, prices, invoices and status of ongoing orders and payments
- create customer-specific quotations
- confirm orders and control order processing
- logistic processing
- cross-departmental communication
Your profile:
- commercial training or comparable qualifications
- relevant working experience
- basic knowledge of logistics
- business fluent German and English language skills
- Japanese language skills are preferable but not mandatory
- team player, good communication skills
