- Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assigns tasks.
- Implement and develop maintenance strategies in order to keep the plant reliability at highest level
- Support and further develop the predictive and preventive maintenance program
- Organize and continuously improve Shutdowns for maintenance and repairs plan
- Ensure all maintenance repair and operations materials are in optimum condition.
- Lead vendor and contract adherence related to maintenance repair and operations stores activities.
- Oversee material and obsolescence management as well as maintain condition strategies to provide operational effectiveness.
- Oversee storeroom processes associated with receiving, inventory and dispatching for both internal and external locations.
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Mechanical Engineering / Process Engineer) or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated related work experience: maintenance or process engineering
- Good knowledge of both English and German language
- Good planning skills, safety and quality ownership, structured way of working
- Knowledge of safety principles and methodologies
- Lean six sigma
- SAP knowledge
- Two years of supervisory experience
