Chief Technical Officer to lead a team of over 20 Engineers based out of their office in Leipzig.

Skills and Requirements:

Experience in leading the technical vision within a startup setting
Experience in recruiting, coaching and developing engineers at different stage of their career
Exposure to working with agile teams
Experience in working with companies in a regulated market place
