Your Contribution:

As

Senior Account Executive (M/F/x) you will become part of our dynamic sales team that is driven by the desire to make an impact. You will be responsible for continuously winning new customers, for growing a strong SaaS pipeline, and you will be directly reporting to our Sales Director.


Your Day-to-Day Tasks:


SALES NATURE - You help achieve our company's growth targets and lead the sales prospect in a convincing and professional way through the buying process. Further, following the challenger sales approach you engage cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below, negotiate contract conditions, and collaborate with our revenue functions to take on and develop qualified sales prospects.


CUSTOMER EMPATHY - You identify customer needs and go above and beyond to convince qualified leads of our product by showing them the value of our end-to-end innovation management tool.


CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT - You will develop your knowledge of foresight and innovation management methods quickly to become an expert in disruptive growth and transformation. In addition, you act as a role model and mentor for your Sales colleagues.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Selling enterprise software
You are experienced at selling enterprise software and driving the end-to-end sales-cycle at executive level

Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
You engage multiple key stakeholders and decision makers fluently in English and German

Relationship building
You are a great communicator who can build trust with decision makers

Customer first
You love to put yourself in the customer's shoes and find out how our solutions can truly help them become more innovative
