HRIS Specialist (m/w/d)

About the roleActing as HRIS Specialist, you will support the HR function in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR processes and Analytics on the HCM technology tools of the company. You will be analyzing our performance and sharing insights to drive our business with the lens of HR.


Your main missions:


You will be able to reach a deep understanding of the key HR international processes and best practices by structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data.


  • Support the HR teams during the design, implementation, and maintenance phase of HR processes in HCM system (Oracle Cloud HCM)
  • Collect requirements and materials from HR Business Teams
  • Analyze, provide, maintain, and support a variety of data and reports
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders in designing and building analytics
  • Liaise with IT department and external consultants
  • Prepare and conduct training for system users
  • Develop of project documentation
  • Take part in key HR projects / initiatives

Your profile

  • Minimum 2/3 years of experience in managing international projects, preferably in consultancy firms
  • Experience in implementation of at least one of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Performance)
  • Experience in implementation of reporting in Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Fluent English skills (mandatory), professional German language skills (preferred)
  • Achievement of Oracle Cloud HCM Certifications is a plus
  • Knowledge of Workforce Planning on Oracle PBCS would be an asset
  • Willing to learn about HR Information systems and analytics
  • Tech savvy: you are not only comfortable with technology you 'excel' at it
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage and a variety of tasks
  • Have a natural inclination to be organized and responsive to internal and external customer requests in a timely manner
  • Possess a positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team
  • Flexible, you prefer a fastpaced and dynamic environment, and you are comfortable enough to keep up as plans change and evolve
  • Agile to interact with all levels of the organization, resultsoriented, with good communication skills
  • Interested in working in and with an international team
