Your Tasks

You take over the strategic and operational as well as resultresponsible management and leadership of the Global Finance Excellence StP (Source to Pay) team
You are the global contact for the StP process of the Döhler Group and business partner for top management, sourcing and regional finance managers
You successfully promote the improvement, optimization and harmonization of processes and instruments in close cooperation with the purchasing and IT departments
Monthly and annual financial statements for the companies served in the Shared Service Center are prepared by you
Together with the team you implement the digital financial strategy
You are responsible for the guideline competence for credit booking decisions and contact person for authorities and auditors

Your Profile

You have successfully completed your financial or business studies or, alternatively, completed commercial training, certified accountant in the Chamber of Industry and Commerce or a comparable additional qualification
You have at least five years of professional experience in finance and accounting
Very good knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/MM, SAP Concur), ideally also Process Mining (Celonis), as well as sound knowledge of MS Office are a matter of course for you
In the past you have already successfully optimized processes and managed projects several times
You are experienced in team management and have an excellent handson mentality
You see yourself as an enabler and coach in a team
Very good communication skills and an independent, structured, responsible and solutionoriented way of working complete your profile
Quick learner and analytical thinking
Your working languages are German and English
