Beschreibung
The Service Delivery Line Manager shall create and ensure Customer value and satisfaction through an efficient Service delivery.

The MAIN purpose of the Service Delivery Line Manager is to support services sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources and to understand and align to overall Service Delivery Processes, Models, and Strategies.

Service Delivery Line Manager is a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to manage their area of responsibility in line with this instruction.

The area of responsibility includes internal workforce and ARPs/ASPs. The Service Delivery Line Manager should ensure work is executed within the scope of OHS requirements.

Line Managers act according to the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote the corporate values, ethics and culture of the organization in order to ensure excellent performance.

The Service Delivery Line Manager Requires business understanding and specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within own area. He/She interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.

As first line manager, is responsible for selecting, developing and evaluating personnel to ensure efficient operation of the unit. Is accountable for the performance and result of one team.

Requirements:


  • L1-Assessment or previous Line Manager experience within Ericsson
  • MSC, MBA or equivalent through experience
