Our UX design team is the driving force behind user-centric development at flaconi's shopping touchpoints. With a current team of seven product designers and two user researchers, we're dedicated to shaping exceptional user experiences. Are you ready to be a part of this transformative journey?


Your role:


  • Play a pivotal role within a crossfunctional product team, contributing to crafting exceptional user experiences during the awareness and interest phases of our customer journey
  • Dive into the nittygritty of search and navigation, list filtering, and landing pages the stuff that makes users go "Aha"
  • You accompany the agile implementation of concepts as an interface to technical development in close cooperation with product managers, user researchers and engineers
  • Take ownership of the complete design process, spanning from discovery to low/high fidelity prototypes and final deployment
  • Utilize data analysis to derive valuable insights into usability issues within our shop and develop effective solutions
  • Create a user experience that transcends the standard eCommerce approach by placing yourself in the users' perspective
  • Create user journey flows, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and leverage our design system to craft highquality, distinctive interaction concepts from inception to completion
  • Develop detailed usage scenarios, information architecture, navigation concepts, and user models, ensuring an exceptional user experience

Your Profile:


  • Minimum of 23 years of handson experience in endtoend digital product development, with a focus on web and native app
  • Demonstrate a solid background in user experience design, with a rich blend of theoretical and practical expertise in interaction design, information design, communication design, or graphic design
  • Strong creativity and exceptional conceptual skills, along with proficiency in widelyused tools (such as Figma) and methodologies to compellingly and tangibly convey ideas and concepts
  • Structured thinking, proactive action, flexibility and attention to detail are the cornerstones of your way of working
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills, and a passion for collaborative teamwork

Full transparency:For this role, we have a salary band between 50.000€ and 65.000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
