THE ROLE - Wella is seeking a dynamic and motivated Chemistry/Natural /Material Science student to join our Innovation-Formulation Research and Development (R&D) team as a working student for a temporary oneyear position. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about cosmetics and science to contribute to the development of innovative products while gaining valuable experience in a laboratory setting.
- Be part of Innovation-Formulation R&D team
- Utilize advanced laboratory techniques and stateoftheart equipment to perform experiments.
- Record experimental data thoroughly, ensuring accuracy and completeness to facilitate further analysis and interpretation.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing experimental procedures, results, and conclusions, contributing to the overall knowledge base of the R&D team.
- Participate in rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Scientific education (Chemistry/Natural/Material Science) and basic chemistry knowledge
- Prior experience working in a laboratory setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis.
- Attention to details and ability to effectively organize the work involving multiple data, documents, and coworkers.
- Fluent in English
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working in multicultural & diverse teams
