YOUR ROLE:


  • Play an active role in the execution of the regional E-Commerce and selective retail strategy
  • Independent project steering as well as cooperation with other departments and agencies
  • Strategic market analysis, update and administration of standard reports, e.g. market share report
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities
  • Support social media channels activities (strategy, agency steering, content)
  • Get the opportunity to support the development of generic marketing and trade marketing initiatives, e.g. copacks and promotions, to gain a wider experience beyond the digital world
  • Be a part of dynamic and international team

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters of businessrelated studies
  • Practical and international experience, e.g. by internships and semester abroad, is beneficial
  • Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
  • Firm knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong understanding of digital performance metrics is advantageous
  • Affinity for digital trends, especially E-Commerce and curiosity for the beauty industry and trends
  • Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Selfmotivated and creative team player with a high level of independence and an openminded personality
  • Preferred availability for 6 months
We offer you an attractive salary between € gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the
desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
