We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sales Director (M/F/D) to join our sales team for the DACH region.
Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across the DACH region.
- Identify and target key markets and sectors for business growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team across the DACH region.
- Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market dynamics, and competition.
- Adjust strategies based on datadriven insights.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the sales budget efficiently.
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments (such as product development, customer service, etc.) to ensure a cohesive approach to market.
- Participate in executive meetings and contribute to overall business strategy.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of sales success, particularly in DACH region.
