Key Tasks/Role:

Strengthen and further enhance the Bayer 04 Leverkusen Academy in alignment with the club vision, football philosophy, playing style and training methodology.
Recruitment and development of Academy players and technical staff.
Safeguarding processes and operational efficiency.

Experience:

Outstanding judgement for developing individual talent.
Proven coaching and team management experience within a youth/development program at a professional football club or FA.
Experience in managing staff, budgets and partnerships.

Qualification/Knowledge:

Previous management role in an elite football environment/ Understanding playing styles and principles.
Academy Manager License (desirable) and UEFA Pro

- / A-License or similar.
