**RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory of IGELs IT licenses create overview and keep updated
Track licenses used against licenses contracted
Compare cost of different license models and make cost optimized proposals Keep track of license renewal dates
Operate IT Budget file, prepare quarterly IT budget forecast, organize and moderate IT budget meetings
Gather all informations from different sources required for IT invoice approvals, especially in the area of Azure related invoices and credit card based payments
Gather and provide figures for cost development Track IT contract documents during ongoing negotiations, organize follows up per contract

**QUALIFICATIONS

Started to study in the area of Computer Science, Economics or Engineering or similar, still enrolled for a minimum of 6 more months
Some experience with Excel is required
Interest in license models, contract negotiations, company structures and operational processes is required
Experience / Knowledge of licensing models is a plus
Ability to work under limited supervision
Good written and spoken German and English High level of customer and service orientation
