We are now looking for our next _
_Customer Support __to join our teams. You can work from our offices in _
_Frankfurt and Erfurt or remotely__ from other cities in _
_Germany__._


Your future role:


  • Assist big B enterprise customers in verifying and validating IoT solutions and architectures based on their needs.
  • Summarize customer requirements, collaborate with product and R&D teams, and optimize product design.
  • Participate in optimizing the performance of existing platform services, and conduct verification and testing.
  • Maintain delivered customer projects, provide realtime local and remote technical support, and analyze problems.
  • Collaborate with customers and R&D teams to efficiently reproduce and solve various problems in the software usage process.

Who are you:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronic information science, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with common IoT platform architectures, and those with industry IoT platform construction experience (such as industry, Internet of Vehicles, smart parks, etc.) are preferred.
  • Familiarity with common IoT protocols, such as MQTT.
  • Familiarity with EMQ X products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the configuration and use of software related to IoT platforms, including service orchestration and container technology Kubernetes, Docker, LB (Nginx, HAProxy, etc.), Redis, and other common memcache software, common relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), common nonSQL databases (such as MongoDB), and big data open source software (Kafka, Hadoop, etc.) are preferred.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills.
