Order and query management for customers and distributors
Monitor and communicate status of open orders, returns and backorders with all relevant parties
Monitor and communicate status of equipment installs, removals and contracts with all relevant parties
Interact between the sales and service organization, customers and logistics departments Basic Qualifications
Good language skills in German (native level)
Education one level below Bachelor degree, preferably commercial / administrative direction
Relevant working experience
Experience with Word and Excel
Good communication skills
Team player and customer focused Additional Qualifications
Experience with SAP is preferred
Language skills in English and Dutch is preferred (speak and write)
