Your role


Joining us on the HR Generalist position, you will take over the responsibility for the operational support and administrative management of the Human Resources department in accordance with the company's strategic development objectives and handling of all administrative HR tasks.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for the preparation and postprocessing of the payroll process for Germany and the whole time recording management.

Other duties include managing the apprenticeship / dual student program and benefits portfolio.


What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Personalfachkraft
  • Min. 3 years of proven experience in a HR Generalist or Administrative personnel function
  • 1+ years' experience as an Apprenticeship Coordinator preferred
  • Experience with standardization and digitalization of HR processes
  • Knowledge in tax law and social security
  • Good understanding of common fiscal procedures
  • Understanding of time and attendance structures, also shift patterns
  • Business fluency in German and English
